Rodney Manyepa is a founder, creative entrepreneur and coach. He started the way most dreamers start — no permission, no shortcuts, one desk in Harare. What he had was a conviction: greatness is not given. It is designed.
From that desk came Kapture — a creative ecosystem that designs, builds and launches unforgettable brands. Studio. Digital. Academy. TV. Records. Network. Six engines, built so that any visionary, anywhere, can turn a dream into a business and a business into a legacy.
Then came the harder problem: running it all. The answer was Kurongeka — Shona for "to be set in order" — the operating system that puts every store, booking, course, contact and campaign under one roof.
Today Rodney designs, builds, teaches and coaches with one goal: to make you unforgettable. Not someday. Now.
